Heating Repair Engineer — Same- Fixes

• Provide Service & Repair for heating systems in customers’ homes

• Ensure same day fix for customers

• Represent British Gas in the customer’s home

• Support and mentorship from managers and colleagues

• Handle annual service visits and complex breakdowns

Requirements

• Outstanding customer experience focus
• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1)
• NVQ, C&G or equivalent in plumbing or heating
• 3 year’s qualified experience of fault finding and diagnosis
• Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers
