Overview
At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced Groundworker for a temp-to-perm position in Skelmersdale on a contract working in social housing maintenance. Experience in social housing is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi skilled. You will be provided with your own company van.
Responsibilities- Undertaking repairs, travelling from property to property undertaking repairs
- Be happy customer facing
- Hard landscaping and brickwork
- Full UK driving license
- Proven experience in the reactive repairs and maintenance sector
- Be able to provide at least two working references
Be willing to travel to different properties to undertake repairs.
