Maintenance Operative

Our Maintenance Operatives play a vital role in our site's wellbeing,We take great pride with the environment in which we operate, and it is the Maintenance Operatives responsibility to ensure that all equipment is fully functioning on a daily basis, keeping the safety of our customers and colleagues at the forefront of everything that they do and ensuring our customers have a great experience every day, This role will also assist with any bowling, orlane repairs and maintenance.

To identify and diagnose faults and to carry out repairs, adjustments and other maintenance works as appropriate, including but not limited to:

• Areas of the site that require painting and re-touching
• Low level decoration/repairof damaged walls or skirting
• Damaged toilet locks and soapdispensers
• Broken wall tiles, floortiles, soiled/damaged carpettiles
• Damaged furniture (excludingfabric repair or replacement)
• Removing graffiti from internal and external areas of the site
• Assist the CSA-Pin in any bowling related repairssuch as bumpers and customer seating areas
• Undertaking such other duties commensurate with the responsibilities of the role and any other reasonable management request

Skills You Need

• Knowledge and experience in a similar role
• Experience of painting, decorating, plumbing andnon-electrical maintenance
• Excellent attention to detail
