LHH is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support daily HR operations for our client in Lancaster. This ongoing contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, can maintain confidentiality, and communicates professionally in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to HR leadership and staff
- Assist with onboarding, paperwork collection, file maintenance, and employee records
- Help coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and support general recruitment tasks
- Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate document filing (digital and physical)
- Respond to employee inquiries and route questions to appropriate team members
- Prepare reports, forms, correspondence, and other HR documentation as needed
- Support compliance-related tasks and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Previous experience in HR administration or office administration
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general HR/office software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable supporting multiple tasks at once
