Automotive Car Delivery Prep

Job

Duties Include:

• Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows and wipes down doorjambs.
• Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris.
• Cleans all windows.
• Quality control check of every vehicle before being staged for sale or for a customer that is purchasing
• Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operations.
• Fills vehicle with fuel off site
• Applies dressing on tires and wheel wells
• Checks new vehicles coming off delivery trucks for damage
• Maintains showroom and stock vehicles in clean and presentable condition at all times
• Ensures proper stickers are displayed in the vehicle’s window.
• Removes all window stickers on sold vehicles
• Maintains a clean shop environment
• General maintenance (sweeping, trash, shoveling in winter, removal of snow from vehicles in winter, relocating vehicles from one spot to another) automatic or manual transmission
• Other duties as assigned

• Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English
• Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Physical requirements:
  
  regularly required to stand, crouch, and kneel; frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms and to use hands and fingers to feel objects, tools and components; occasionally required to stoop or crawl and the ability to talk and hear. Ability to lift 50lbs.

Hours:

Monday through Thursday 4:00PM to 8:00PM,Friday 4:00PM to 6:00PM , with rotating Saturdays 8:00AM to 5:00PM
