We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and manage project documentation. This role acts as a key liaison between office and field teams, ensuring that all project components are executed in accordance with plans, specifications, safety requirements, and schedule expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily field operations and coordinate subcontractor activities to align with project plans and established schedules.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals; verify compliance through regular onsite inspections.
  • Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and RFIs.
  • Support budgeting processes through cost tracking, verification of quantities, and monitoring project expenditures.
  • Assist with the preparation and management of change orders, ensuring clear communication with project stakeholders.
  • Promote and participate in safety compliance efforts, maintaining quality control and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal leadership, field supervisors, clients, and inspectors.
  • Identify and proactively resolve project challenges to prevent delays and maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 5–10 years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, documents, and specifications.
  • Proficiency with construction management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital documentation tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced field environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
