General Contractor Superintendent Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects, ensuring successful completion on schedule and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a thorough knowledge of the construction process.

• Establish and maintain construction schedule, identifying and solving problems as needed.
• Direct all field personnel and activities in accordance with project schedule through completion of final punch list.
• Ensure the highest quality workmanship is provided.
• Order materials and schedule necessary inspections.
• Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify job site hazards.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policy by all employees and contractors.

• High School Diploma (any additional experience is a plus).
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent supervising project teams.
• Prior experience with both commercial tenant improvements and structural projects (life science, advanced technology, and corporate office/campus experience strongly preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of the construction process, including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, manpower, etc.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project (or related scheduling programs).

• Base salary $140,000 – $180,000 per year.
• Annual bonus (~10‑15% range).
