Superintendent Position

We are currently representing a growing general contractor near Lancaster, CA seeking a skilled Superintendent to lead multifamily ground-up construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, maintains high-quality standards, and can effectively coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite operations from start to finish.

• Lead and supervise on-site construction activities for multifamily ground-up projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and updated regularly
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to keep projects on track
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to verify adherence to drawings and specifications
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and field staff
• Prepare daily reports, track progress, and manage jobsite documentation
• Resolve issues and delays quickly to minimize disruptions and maintain momentum
• Support project closeout, including punch list completion and turnover

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or multifamily construction
• Proven experience with ground-up apartment, condominium, or mixed-use projects
• Ability to read blueprints, schedules, and construction documentation
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and building codes
• Proficient in using construction management software and Microsoft Office
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
