Transdev in Lancaster, California is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service‑oriented people who are dedicated to safety.
CBA PositionPosition subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- $18.04 - $21.00 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
- Starting pay $18.04 with progression to $21.00 over 4 years.
- Vacation: 70 hours to 120 hours per year
- Paid Sick Leave:
All non‑probationary employees who work 30 or more days per year receive 48 hours of sick leave on January 1 of each calendar year. - Medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full‑time employees.

Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirect to a supervisor.
- Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
- Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
- Other duties as required.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate standard telephone system.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
- Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
