Customer Service Representative

Transdev in Lancaster, California is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service‑oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

• $18.40 – 21.50 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
• Starting pay $18.40 with progression to $21.50 over 4 years.
• Paid Vacation: 70 – 120 hours per year
• Paid Sick Leave: 48 hours for non‑probationary drivers working 30+ days per year

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely and accurate information or redirect to a supervisor.
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Computer literate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate standard telephone system.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

• Work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment includes both indoors and outdoors.
