Customer Service Rep
Transdev in Lancaster, California is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service‑oriented people who are dedicated to safety.
Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement- $18.40–21.50 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)
- Starting pay $18.40 with progression to $21.50 over 4 years.
- Vacation: 70–120 hours per year
- Paid Sick Leave: 48 hours for non‑probationary drivers who work 30 or more days per year; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full‑time employees; life insurance; 401(k) retirement benefits; company holidays.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirect to a supervisor.
- Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
- Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
- Other duties as required.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate standard telephone system.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- Employee will spend long periods sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment includes both indoors and outdoors.
- Eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
