With our group of general dentists and specialist we can accommodate almost any procedure so you don't have to travel from office to office. Parents are welcome to stay in the room while our pediatric dentists provide care for children age 1-7 in an environment designed for kids.
Also, the orthodontist can provide a beautiful smile for both children and adults alike. Meanwhile our general dentists are highly trained in all types of procedures such as Crowns, Root Canals, Extractions, including wisdom teeth, Gum Treatment, Implants, and Dentures all in a relaxed friendly environment.

Job Description- Dental Manager wanted for a busy Established Practice. Great Generous Compensation and Large Bonus. Friendly Doctor and Staff. Managerial Experience Required.
- Base Pay + (Goal driven bonus potential)
- Creating an environment that promotes great customer service
- Coaching and mentoring staff members to help them achieve their highest levels of potential.
- Focus on Increasing revenue monthly as well as profit.
- Controlling Costs to meet or exceed monthly budgets.
- Responsible for interviewing and acquisition of qualified job candidates.
- Maximizing patient flow and productivity.
- Ensuring office compliance of (OSHA, HIPAA and Code of Safe Practices)
- Minimum of 3 years running a large dental practice
- PPO Fee Coordination (preferred)
- Customer Service Focus
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to lead large staff (25+ employees)
- Dental Terminology / Billing Experience (preferred)
- Multi Doctor Practice (preferred)
- Professional Demeanor
- Eaglesoft Software Experience (plus)
- Bilingual English / Spanish (preferred)

Schedule- 8 Hour Shift
- Monday - Saturday (5 days week)
