Overview

Registered Dental Assistant - Monthly Bonus Eligibility. Full Time position in Lancaster, CA, US.

• Prepare patients and treatment rooms, set up and sterilize instruments, and assist the dentist using four-handed dentistry.
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative instructions to patients.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory; schedule appointments; update patient records; assist with payment procedures.

• Strong communication and customer service skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, comfortable using dental software, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
• Ability to follow state regulations and protocols.

• Previous dental assisting experience is preferred but not required.
• Must meet state requirements for Dental Assistant duties and hold or obtain applicable certifications, including BLS/CPR and radiography, as required.

• Work under the supervision of dentists, lead dental assistant, and Office Manager in a clinical environment.
• Some evening or weekend hours may be required; follow safety protocols, including those related to X-ray equipment.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while assisting chairside.
• Ability to bend, climb stairs, and lift supplies as needed.
