Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician – Lancaster, CA
Salary: $228,000–$350,000/year |

M–F, 5×8s | Start: ASAP
Lancesoft Inc is hiring a Full-Time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a permanent outpatient primary care role in Lancaster, California . This position focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with an emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and underserved populations .
Position Highlights:
100% outpatient, on-site clinic
Monday–Friday schedule (no routine nights)
See ~16–24 patients/day
Stable, permanent role with competitive compensation

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care for all ages
Manage acute and chronic conditions
Preventive care and care coordination
EMR documentation, labs, imaging review
