COMPENSATION:
- $280,000 to $330,000 Full-Time Base Salary, negotiable pending experience
- $134 to $158 Part-Time Hourly Salary, negotiable pending experience

COMPANY PROFILE:
This federally qualified community health center (FQHC) opened in 2011 and currently employs nearly 40 providers across a variety of specialties - women s health, behavioral health, endocrinology, nephrology, rheumatology, podiatry, optometry, and more - as well as internal medicine and family medicine. They operate 7 clinics in the greater Lancaster area, along with an in-house pharmacy that offers an income-based sliding fee structure to assist patients in need.

Each office operates with a robust support staff of clinical and administrative team members, ensuring providers can focus on compassionate, high-quality, mission-driven care to each and every patient.

POSITION

DESCRIPTION:

The new family medicine physician will provide comprehensive medical services for patients of all ages.

Depending on patient need and types of appointments scheduled, providers see between 20 and 30 patients per day, all with the support of dedicated clinical assistants.

Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

- evaluation and treatment of patients
- chronic condition management
- assessment of acute needs
- care plan management
- preventive health maintenance
- review of laboratory and other test results
- initiating specialist referrals as needed

The practice uses the Epic EHR and provides ample physician support in all areas.

Due to the abundance of specialists within the practice, in-practice referrals are made seamless with the support of the care team, ensuring continuity of care for the patients and ease of communication for providers.

REQUIREMENTS:
- California medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Family Medicine
