Required Skills:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Valid and unrestricted medical license in California

Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Proven experience in hospital-based obstetric care

Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with high-risk obstetrics or maternal-fetal medicine

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications

Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Medical degree (MD or DO)

Minimum of 2 years of recent hospitalist or OB hospitalist experience

Previous locum or interim physician roles preferred

Other Requirements:

Commitment to working a flexible schedule starting from 12/31/2025

Ability to travel as needed for assignment completion

Valid California medical license and relevant certifications

Compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
