A community mentoring organization is seeking caring adult volunteers in Lancaster, California to mentor youth in one-to-one relationships. Mentors spend approximately one hour per week for a full year engaging with their mentees through various activities, providing friendship, guidance, and role modeling. Candidates must be 21 or older, empathetic, and willing to share their life experiences to positively impact a young person's life.
Background checks and training are required for all mentors.
