Requirements / QualificationsApplicants must successfully complete each part of the examination process in order to be considered further. No written examination - applications will be reviewed for interview. An eligibility list will be in effect for six months or until less than three applicants remain on the list. If five (5) qualified applicants from the Lancaster School District demonstrate the ability to meet the job qualifications, the position will be filled on a promotional basis.
High school diploma or equivalent AND:
Must have appropriate California child development permit (lead teacher, at a minimum). Earned bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent. CPR/First aid certificate preferred. Two (2) recent letters of reference. To be considered, all requirements MUST BE ATTACHED when submitting application.
