Vice-Principal Position
The Position of Vice-Principal, under the direction of the Principal, is charged with the overall leadership of a high school. This would include but not be limited to academic leadership, certificated and classified employee supervision, communication and relationship building with parents and outside agencies working with the school.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
Completion of a Master's Degree or higher required. - Credential: A valid California teaching or counseling credential, and qualify for or currently hold an administrative credential.
- Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years of successful classroom teaching or counseling experience. Administrative experience is preferred. - Knowledge:
Applicants must be able to demonstrate knowledge of current educational practices regarding the improvement of instruction, clinical supervision, effective schools, online and blended training, instructional strategies and other current educational trends.
