• Plan and implement engaging after school activities and educational programs.
• Supervise and support students with homework and academic projects.
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
• Encourage social skills and teamwork through group activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
• Collaborate with other staff to enhance the overall student experience.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

• Must Have Units in Early Childhood Development
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Passion for education and commitment to student development.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including after school.
• Background check clearance required.
