Position: Adjunct Counseling Disabled Student Programs and Services (DSPS)

Disabled Services Specialist - Adjunct (Temporary, part-time) faculty applicant pool.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

Under the supervision of the Director of the Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD) provide disability and academic-related counseling to address the individual educational needs and concerns of students with disabilities. Instruct students in the assigned discipline. Assignment may include teaching courses during the day, evening, on-line courses and/or off-campus sites.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Master's in counseling, rehabilitation counseling, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, guidance counseling, educational counseling, social work, career development, marriage and family therapy or marriage, family and child counseling, OR the equivalent (

NOTE:

A bachelor's degree in one of the listed degrees and a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) is an alternative qualification for this discipline.)
