Academy of Excellence Learning Center in Lancaster, CA is looking for a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our dedicated team! • Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
• Monitor and document children’s developmental progress and milestones
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth and daily activities
• Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support a positive learning community
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked classroom environment

• At Least 12 units in Early Childhood Education
• Valid California Child Development Permit (Teacher level or higher) preferred
• Prior experience working with preschool or early childhood-aged children
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
• Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for teaching
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff
