Qualifications and

Preferred Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong understanding of various learning disabilities and behavioral challenges
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt teaching approaches and materials to meet student needs
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but passionate newcomers are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and administrators to support student success
