Academy of Excellence Learning Center in Lancaster, CA is looking for a passionate and energetic After School Teacher to join our dedicated team! • Supervise and engage students in a safe, structured, and supportive after-school setting
• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate academic, recreational, and enrichment activities
• Assist students with homework, reading, and other academic assignments
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff
• Maintain classroom management and enforce behavioral expectations
• Monitor student progress and communicate updates to program coordinators
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in ECE must
• Previous experience working with school-age children in an educational or childcare setting
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to plan and lead engaging, creative activities for diverse learners
• Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for youth development
• Must pass a background check and meet state childcare requirements
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
