Placement is partnering with a growing and well-established manufacturing company in Lancaster, CA that is looking to add a hands-on Accounting & Finance Analyst to their team. This is a highly visible, onsite role supporting the Accounting and Finance department with a strong focus on costing, financial analysis, and general accounting support
.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, working closely with operations, and being part of a collaborative manufacturing environment.

• Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations in a manufacturing environment
• Assist with cost accounting
  , including tracking material, labor, and overhead costs
• Help analyze production costs, variances, and margins
• Partner with operations and leadership to provide financial insights and reporting
• Assist with month-end close activities (journal entries, reconciliations, accruals)
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist with inventory accounting and cycle counts
• Help improve processes, controls, and reporting accuracy
• Provide general accounting and finance support as needed

• 2–5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Cost Accounting
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of costing concepts (standard costing, job costing, variance analysis, etc.)
• Experience working with ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or similar a plus)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate cross-functionally
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
