Client Service Associate (Teller) – Lancaster, CA
Provide top-notch customer service to clients at the Lancaster branch. The role involves processing debit and credit transactions, opening accounts, issuing ATM cards, and more.
Essential Functions- Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
- Identify and address client needs by providing services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, transferring money, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments.
- Resolve client problems through direct action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
- Identify and maximize cross‑sell bank opportunities through exploring client needs.
- May be reassigned to an alternate branch location within 30 miles of the branch, with proper notice.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing or related experience, or successful completion of company‑approved training.
- Proficient knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
- Working knowledge of math.
- Solid balancing and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to cross‑sell bank products based on clients' needs.
Full‑time, Monday – Friday.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $20 – $26 per hour depending on job‑related factors such as level of experience.
