Our client is seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver high-quality therapy services across California. Opportunities are available in post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinic settings. Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to patients in various care settings
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapy interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and recovery strategies
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Flexible scheduling options
- Shifts available up to 36 hours per week
- S45-50 Hour
- Settings include post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics
