Roles & Responsibilities Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training to improve patient function
Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising PT
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that supports recovery and independence
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
Active California PTA license required
SNF or similar clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Education Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
Knowledge & Skills Hands-on physical therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise
Patient-centered care and mobility training
Accurate clinical documentation and progress reporting
Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork
Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
