Pay: $21.50/hour

• A valid driver’s license and comfort driving a company vehicle
• Flexibility to work at different locations per shift
• Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic

• Perform floor care services such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and general floor maintenance
• Travel to different facilities as assigned per shift
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and company vehicles
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all job sites

• 1+ years of floor technician experience is preferred
• Working knowledge of multiple hard floor surfaces (marble, granite, VCT, etc.)
• Working knowledge of carpet cleaning procedures (shampooing, extracting, bonneting)
• Planning/scheduling, problem solving
• Time management skills
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate and follow up
