Roving Floor Care Technician – Night Shift (5pm-1:30am)

Looking for a dependable night-shift role with consistent hours and competitive pay? Join our team as a Roving Floor Care Technician! You’ll travel to different facilities each shift in a company vehicle, ensuring floors are clean, polished, and well-maintained.

Pay: $21.50/hour

What You’ll Need:

A valid driver’s license and comfort driving a company vehicle;
Flexibility to work at different locations per shift;
Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic.

• Perform floor care services such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and general floor maintenance.
• Travel to different facilities as assigned per shift.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and company vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all job sites.

• 1+ years of floor technician experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of multiple hard floor surfaces (marble, granite, VCT, etc.).
• Working knowledge of carpet cleaning procedures (shampooing, extracting, bonneting).
• Planning / scheduling, problem solving.
• Time management skills.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate and follow-up.
