Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Locum Tenens

📍 Lancaster, California
📅 ASAP Start | 3-Month Assignment with Extension Potential

💰 Up to $90/hr (Providers residing within 50 miles)
💰 Up to $105/hr (Providers residing outside 50 miles)

Travel, lodging, and malpractice coverage available for eligible providers.

This assignment is available ASAP and offers a 3-month initial term with the potential for extension.

The provider will care for adult and geriatric patients in a collaborative outpatient setting, focusing on chronic disease management, preventive care, and routine primary care visits.

🕒 Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Rotating Weekends (Every Other Weekend)

• Manage adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting

• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute medical conditions

• Provide preventive and wellness care

• Manage diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and other chronic diseases

• Conduct routine follow-up and medication management visits

• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

👥 Average 20–24 patients per day

✔ Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner

✔ Active California License

✔ COVID-19 Vaccination + Booster Required

✔ Outpatient Adult Medicine or Primary Care Experience Preferred

🏥 Kaiser Permanente – Lancaster Medical Center
