Prime Home Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse for an evening shift in East Lancaster, CA. The LVN will work Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 4pm to 9pm, delivering one-on-one in-home nursing care and coordinating with a registered nurse to implement the plan of care.
Qualified candidates hold a CA LVN license, CPR/BLS, and a TB test or chest X-ray if applicable. New graduates may qualify under the Flex Waiver Program.
