MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Welcome all customers and set expectations with customers
- Custom‑fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses
- Act as a leader in optical acumen
- Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs
- Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions
- Use technology accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure and customer volume, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and using appropriate tools
- Proactively explore root cause of issues, be forward‑thinking, and ensure customers are satisfied and expectations are exceeded in a solution‑driven manner
- Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities
- Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies
- Take pride in store appearance, help keep store clean, attractive, and organized
- Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices
- Be resourceful, self‑motivated, and eager to continually learn, improve, and achieve results
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management
- High School graduate or equivalent
- State licensure
- Optical dispensing experience
- Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder
- Knowledge of current store merchandise
- Strong basic math skills
- Awareness of current fashion trends
- Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet
- Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators
- Embrace new technology and change
- Previous customer service and retail experience
Pay Range: 25.02–39.02

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
