Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products to drive sales.;
Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges and maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.;
Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.;
Assist in the training of new cashiers, and cross-training other associates in cashiering.;
Drive cashier accountability in delivering an exceptional, personalized Ulta Beauty brand experience, and follow Ulta Beauty's systems' prompts.
