OverviewThe Meat Dispatcher delivers outstanding customer service by promptly dispatching orders for meat, seafood, and cremeria products while maintaining clean and sanitized display cases and countertops.
Responsibilities- Smiling and greeting all customers while responding to their requests.
- Promptly dispatching customer orders for various meat, seafood, and cremeria products.
- Organizing, cleaning, and sanitizing display cases and countertops.
- Learn codes for meat, seafood and cremeria departments.
- Use of products knowledge.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, courteous attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, crowded environment.
- Positive and professional attitude toward the job, co‑workers, and customers.
- Commitment to follow all health and safety regulations and policies.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Work in refrigerated coolers and around humidity for short periods of time.
- Meet the physical requirements of the job.
- No experience necessary.
- Willingness to learn; training provided.
Basic understanding of English language.
