Maintain a visible security presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and enhance safety.;
Greet customers and associates professionally, identify potential theft indicators, and communicate findings to store leadership/LOSS Prevention.;
Assist in implementing and following loss prevention directives and shortage reduction initiatives with store leadership and partners.;
Train and educate associates on shortage reduction processes and proper checkout procedures to minimize operational shortage.;
Uphold company dress code and professional appearance; adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures.
