Job Description
Our insurance agency is growing quickly, and we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants to build a strong professional foundation. This entry-level position is designed for someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to develop valuable skills.
Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to verify client information and connect them with our licensed sales team.
- Work with the sales team to create sales opportunities.
- Celebrate with the team when goals are achieved.
No insurance experience is necessary. We provide all training necessary to be successful in this role.
Benefits- Monthly base salary ($3,000 per month) plus bonus opportunities.

Location:
42505 10th St W Ste 103, Lancaster, CA 93534
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM PST (Weekends and major holidays off)
