: someone who opens doors, wins new accounts, and owns their territory.

What You’ll Be Hunting- Architects, designers, builders, and distributors across Southern California.
- New project opportunities and untapped accounts.
- Competitive takeaways from outdated or inferior systems.
You will own the territory and be expected to build pipelines, create demand, and close deals.
What You’ll Do (No Fluff)- Prospect relentlessly and open new accounts.
- Drive face-to-face meetings, jobsite visits, and product demos.
- Convert specs, quotes, and conversations into signed orders.
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business.
- Track activity and results using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with operations to deliver on promises and keep customers loyal.
- Up to $120,000 base salary.
- Uncapped commission — no ceiling on earnings.

- Backing of a proven global brand with strong technical support.
- 1+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, doors, hardware, or architectural products.
- Proven ability to open new accounts and close business.
- Comfortable calling on architects, builders, and distributors.
- Highly self‑motivated, competitive, and disciplined.
- Organized, CRM‑driven, and results‑focused.
- Willing to be on the road across Southern California.
