Description:
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following Puro Clean® production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, and maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations by providing a world class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors.
Job Requirements:- One or more years' experience within the restoration industry
- Must be able to work well with peers and customers
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Must have good work ethics;
English is a requirement - Must have a good driving record
- Must be flexible to work after hours, holidays, and on call when needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Willingness to learn and adapt under varying circumstances
- Ability to follow instructions and make decisions
- Work safely in residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold
- Survey damage within the property and evaluate and record damage to all items
- Perform cleaning process for contents and structural damage
- Demolish structural damage using hand and power tools
- Clean up assigned job sites after demolition
- Perform initial site visits and conduct moisture inspections
- Set restoration equipment within guidelines
- Complete notes of assigned jobs in the primary App (MICA)
- Contact the customer with ETA for assigned jobs
- Take photos of jobs at start, completion, and throughout the process
- Maintain assigned vehicles and equipment; unload and reload equipment; keep warehouse organized
- Unload trash in assigned areas
- Record time and code it to the assigned job
- Assist in developing new hires through on‑the‑job training
- Take advantage of IICRC certifications as offered
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Customer Service experience required
