Investment Property Group seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician for Antelope Valley Apartments, a 120-unit community located in Lancaster, CA. You will respond to service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and help maintain property standards with care.
This role requires 1+ year multifamily experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work after-hours on-call; on-call rotation is required. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, tools provided by you, and safety standards apply.
