Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro, San Pedro, CA, is seeking a Full‑time Chaplain Resident to work an 8‑hour day shift. The role offers 1 year of active engagement in a process model of education, on‑call duty rotation, and the opportunity to provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, guests, and staff.

• Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, guests, and staff.
• Engage in an action‑reflection process model to enhance professional competency and pastoral identity.
• Participate in on‑call duty rotation as part of the one‑year residency program.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry, or equivalent from an accredited institution.

• Master’s Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry, or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Basic knowledge of counseling methods.

Wage range: $25.00 - $33.17 per hour, with potential for additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, and bonuses.
