LA Family Housing is seeking a Housing Stabilizer to deliver intensive case management for households transitioning out of homelessness in California. You will assess needs, plan goals, link to housing, health and income resources, and collaborate with community partners to stabilize clients in housing and daily living.
You will work in a role that requires strong crisis intervention, documentation, and advocacy while traveling to serve clients across LA County and surrounding areas.
