North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC) is seeking a Service Coordinator for the Consumer Services - AV team. The role provides information, advocacy, and service arrangements for consumers and families in a community-based setting.
You will develop and monitor individualized program plans, coordinate services, document actions per NLACRC policies, and advocate through community agencies. Occasional home or community meetings are expected, with some hybrid work options.
