Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers for Western regional routes. New CDL graduates are encouraged to apply. This role includes a structured OTR trainer program, predictable lanes, company‑maintained equipment, and comprehensive benefits.

Region:
All states west of the Mississippi.
Schedule:
Day or night shifts; bi‑weekly home time with a minimum 34‑hour reset.
Mileage:
Average ~2,300 miles per week.
Equipment:
Company‑maintained 53' dry vans; majority drop‑and‑hook operations.
Orientation & training:
One‑day paid orientation. Trainee program for drivers with under 6 months’ experience—ride with a trainer until qualified (typically 4–6 weeks).Compensation and benefits $1,000–$1,200 per week (varies by miles and experience)
Trainee pay: $680 per week (approx. 4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months’ experience).Per‑mile pay after training: $0.43–$0.57 (sliding scale by experience).Experienced drivers: $0.50–$0.71 per mile (varies by years of experience).Monthly performance/safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile (eligibility criteria apply).Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.
Minimum requirements
Minimum age 21 and valid Class A CDL.Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of formal training.
Clean driving record: no major accidents, major tickets, or license suspensions in the past 5 years; no DUI convictions in the past 5 years.
Not terminated from the most recent job for safety‑related reasons.
Documented work history covering the past 10 years with limited gaps: at least six months of employment within the last year and at least one year within the last three years.
Able to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screening and required background and criminal history checks.
Selection considerations
Candidates are evaluated on driving history, employment verification, background screening, and commitment to safety and professionalism.
New graduates will receive support through the structured trainer program.
