National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. (NRSS) seeks a Roadway Worker In Charge (RWIC) to support railroad flagging services for Class 1 Railroads and other clients in Lancaster, CA. This position is full-time, hourly, and travel-heavy.
The RWIC must have at least 2 years of relevant rail experience, strong communication skills, and be capable of operating with high accuracy. Candidate will travel extensively, comply with safety standards, and coordinate with dispatchers and crews.
