Our client is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team in Lancaster, CA. This is a hands‑on position supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, and field crews. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and interested in building a long‑term career with opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities- Receive, organize, store, and distribute inventory and materials.
- Pull parts and equipment to support generator technicians and deployment crews.
- Receive, inspect, and unload deliveries.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and inspection‑ready.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance such as charging batteries, changing oil, and assisting with minor equipment upkeep.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.
- Support disaster recovery operations as needed, including overtime during emergency response events.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work overtime during disaster recovery and emergency response events.
- Inventory management experience.
- Experience with Net Suite or similar inventory management software.
- CDL.
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- Overtime available based on workload.
- Additional overtime is expected during disaster recovery and emergency response events.
- Primarily based in Lancaster, CA.
- Occasional travel to nearby company facilities or disaster recovery locations may be required.
