Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

About the Role

Revere Staffing Partners is currently seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Sales Administrator I for one of our manufacturing clients. This position plays a critical role in supporting the Inside Sales team by managing sales orders, maintaining customer records, coordinating documentation, and assisting with various administrative and logistics‑related functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, enter, and maintain sales orders within the company's ERP system.
  • Manage customer account information and maintain accurate records.
  • Process sales order documentation and related administrative tasks.
  • Match invoices with corresponding shipment paperwork and ensure accuracy.
  • Assign and maintain customer and product part numbers as needed.
  • Generate and distribute sales reports.
  • Archive completed sales orders and maintain electronic and physical records.
  • Maintain organized sales filing systems and documentation.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Assist the Inside Sales team with special projects and administrative support.
  • Support day‑to‑day sales operations to ensure efficient order processing and customer service.
Qualifications Required
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
  • Previous office administration, sales support, or customer service experience.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
