Pay Range: $24.25 -$25.50 per hour

Who We SeekThe Education Supervisor provides oversight and support to Teaching Assistants and coordinates the daily management of student arrival and dismissal, student issues, and student data and documentation throughout the school day.
Who You AreYou are a compassionate leader who values collaboration, professionalism, and teamwork. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field and at least one year of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities- Serve as a positive role model for staff and coach staff to promote a safe, trauma-informed learning environment.
- Monitor the daily operation of the assigned school building to ensure safety and support academic growth.
- Ensure Teaching Assistant adherence to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Assist staff during behavioral incidents and lead post-crisis debriefs.
- Support Teaching Assistants in developing teacher-regulation skills and healthy coping strategies.
- Participate in and assist with the development of support plans for students within the assigned school building.
- Manage the daily arrival of day students. Record and maintain accurate attendance records and communicate daily attendance to the Administrative Assistant.
- Oversee morning arrival for day students and staff deployment for supervision of morning transitions.
- Oversee dismissal and bus transitions for day students. Assess safety and transportation issues and report incidents and concerns to the Assistant Director of Education.
- Ensure that the educational environment is safe, clean, and maintained in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all student incident reports are completed and reported to clinicians and administrators.
- Attend trainings, lectures, and courses as indicated as part of professional development. Receive a minimum of 24 hours of training annually.
- Experience working with students with emotional, social, and behavioral challenges preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or relevant education/experience in Education or Human Services, preferred.
- Strong verbal de-escalation, communication, documentation, and solution-focused skills.
