Join a skilled nursing facility in Lancaster, MA as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist. Use clinical expertise to evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders for a diverse patient population. This role supports patient progress through evidenced-based practices and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Minimum Requirements- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Massachusetts SLP license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings.
- Experience with dysphagia management and use of instrumental assessments such as FEES or MBSS preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records and interdisciplinary care planning preferred.

Provide direct patient care that facilitates improved communication, cognitive-communication skills, and safe swallowing. Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation teams to create individualized plans of care. Document progress according to facility and regulatory standards to support quality outcomes.
