Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults 22 and over with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time role offers a 40-hour weekly schedule with shifts on Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and a focus on independence, dignity, and community participation.
Pay rate is $17.50–$19.00 per hour with paid training, a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and a $500 bonus for part-time employees.
